For a very long time, I’ve struggled with my love of food, and my absolute hatred of fitness. The sweat, the muscle pain, the running… it all just seemed so gross, so time consuming.
I will admit, I was a self professed junk food lover. Chips, chocolate, ice cream – you name it, I probably loved to eat it. And don’t get me wrong, I still love chocolate, and chips, and ice cream. They are my weaknesses.
This blog is less about telling you all the amazing ways you can lose 10lbs in 10 days, or what workouts to do to get an amazing butt. and more about exploring the balance of a lifestyle that includes healthy eating, good workouts and a little bit of indulgence every now and again.
What I hope to with this blog is share my experience in creating a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I’m still working on mine, and if anyone ever reads this, I would love to know how you are working towards your own!
